Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
This website and the product "Where Everything Is: The “If Something Happens to Me” Binder" (the "Product") are offered under the brand Where Everything Is by [LEGAL NAME OF SELLER], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. What you are buying
The Product is a digital download made of three PDF files (a 58-page fillable binder, the same binder in a print-ready version, and a two-page Start Here guide) and two Excel workbooks (.xlsx: a blank workbook and an example filled in for a fictional household). Nothing is shipped. The Product is an organizational tool; it is not an app, a subscription or a storage service, and we never receive or store anything you write in it.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page in U.S. dollars (currently $24) and is charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees, which are outside our control. The price shown is the total we charge; we do not add sales tax at checkout.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment you are redirected to a download page with links to the files. Please download and save the files right away. If you cannot access the download page, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will send the files.
5. License
When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may print it and make copies for the people in your household. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, with or without changes.
6. Not legal, financial or medical advice
This binder is an organizational tool and is not legal, financial or medical advice; it does not replace a will or power of attorney. Pages about medical information, final wishes, guardianship or personal belongings record your preferences only and have no legal effect. For legal documents, please consult a licensed attorney in your state.
7. Your information and safekeeping
Everything you write in the Product stays with you: on your devices, in your cloud storage or on paper. You are responsible for where you keep your copies and who can access them. Never write passwords, PINs or full account or Social Security numbers in a digital copy that is not protected.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
